Women Kill Bra Bulge

One of the most annoying problems that only hefty women can understand is the ugly cellulite hanging from either sides of her body when she dons a bra. Buying a bigger bra size or wearing loose fitted clothes is not an answer to this problem spot. A lot of times bra bulges may just miss your attention because you don’t see your back every time you look in the mirror. Remember those times when all your excitement of wearing that lovely dress goes down the drain the moment you see your body hanging from the sides. The idea is not to break you down but to wake you up to the idea of a lean back.

We belong t the race of stereotyped homo-sapiens because all we think of is a tiny waist and lean legs when it comes to fitness but rarely any of us focus on our back. A woman with a lean back has a perfect posture which gives a perfect flare to her body no matter what she wears. When I was fat I had a bad posture because of the back fat I had, it made me look worse than I actually was. But right after I got rid of those pounds I realized I was never like that genetically it was the fat on me playing around. There is also a possibility that slim women have back fat making them slouch. A woman with good posture is classy and classy is timeless. See for yourself.

Back i.e. latissimus dorsi is the biggest muscle that wraps on both sides of your body.  I know banishing fat from any part of the body is a toughie but not impossible ladies! Here are two lists of exercises you can do

  • With dumbbells/machines
  • Without dumbbells/machines 
  1. Banish back fat with Dumbbells/machines

 Close grip chin-ups

It’s a strength training exercise. This body-weight exercise strengthens a number of muscle groups but has benefits far beyond simply building muscle strength Chin-ups improve arm strength as well as metabolism. It does great for your posture too. As a variation you can also perform the same workout with a lat pull down in a narrow grip.

  • Renegade rows per side

I am going to re-start this exercise tomorrow only. Can’t wait! Anyway this is a like a complete workout when it comes to back and in addition it also works on your core as it involves you to be a in a plank position. It can be performed with either dumbbells or kettle bell or any other kind of weight. Beginners can start with their knees on the floor.

  • Dumbbell shoulder press

As the very name suggest this exercise aims at your shoulders along with upper back and triceps. You can either choose to sit down or do it while standing up.  I prefer it sitting down because it give proper posture and back support.

  • Push ups

Most of us know about it. For beginners might be a little difficult therefore start by keeping your knees down on the floor. Besides this one there are a lot of variations when it comes to push ups.

  • Straight arm pull down

Start by grabbing the wide bar from the top pulley of a pull down machine. Make sure your arms are completely extended with a little bend in elbows. Bring down the bar till your thighs and release it in a controlled fashion.

  • Face pull with external rotation

This workout is generally performed with a cable. It’s an intermediate level workout. The major muscles worked are shoulder, back; bicep and abs. there are different variations that can be done.

  • Hyperextensions

It’s a strength training workout. The main muscle worked is lower back along with glutes, hamstrings. It’s a beginner level workout. Once you get used to it, add in some weight to it i.e. instead of keeping hands behind hold onto some weight and go up n down in a controlled manner.

  1. Banish Back Fat With YOGA

I am going to state some yoga poses that can be done at home to combat back fat. All you need is a mat to lie down.

  • Half moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana)

Other than fighting back fat half moon pose improves balance, focus, concentration, and confidence.

Wheel pose is an expert level yoga pose.

Along with back this pose works on almost every part of the body. It’s a very relieving pose.
